Our Multigrain contains black cumin, flax seeds and moringa which is therapeutic for individuals but others use soya bean and chia seed in flour which are not nutritious. It is scientifically proved that crushed chia seed convert into poison. The core issue with crushing chia seeds is the accelerated degradation of their beneficial nutrients. The protective outer shell, which keeps the delicate omega-3s safe, is compromised during the crushing process. This exposure to oxygen leads to rapid oxidation, diminishing their nutritional value.
